My grandson was here. Just went home. Geez dose increase suggested by @Wendy&Neko to 6.5 per TR protocol. Crossing all limbs and fingers and toes. Head bumps for everyone have a good caturday!!

I have no idea why she is so high. My grandson left this am. It's been a peaceful day. She just finished her antibiotic. Any infection should have been taken care of. I have given her all pain meds. I am disheartened.

I think at this point it just seems like Phoebe's body has become very, very used to numbers in the 200's and 300's. There is an insulin dose that will break through that, but we just haven't found it yet. I hope it happens soon, I know how frustrating it is to be pouring so much into nursing her and not seeing the results you want yet.

Who knows, maybe she was feeling yucky on the antibiotic and will come back down a bit now that it's gone. Like I said, I wish there was a manual for these critters, we're all just guessing.... Hang in there, try to get a good night's sleep tonight and start again in the morning!
