Hi all,

I tried to do more test as you suggested last time @Doodles & Karen @Wendy&Neko and i noticed that she stayed in little high flat pattern with no up and down, last day cycle she stayed in high after good green start and never changed till the morning pre shot. Also noticed that her pre shot most of the time in 120’s range.

I am sure that she supose to be lower because it seems that the insulin has no effect.

Should i continue in this dose and wait for change?

Did you change her feeding schedule? There was a suggestion to give a late cycle snack.

I do think she could use a touch more insulin. She seems to be mostly blue with just a touch of high green. The goal is to try to get her all green as much as possible. If you have a hard time getting a drop more insulin, maybe feed slightly higher carb food so you can give a higher dose you can measure.

Ask yourself where you want most of her nadirs? She's mostly in the 80's, 90's from your tests with a 62 a few days ago. You can try an increase to .25u, Meme will tell you if that's a good idea sooner or later. Sometimes an increase will snap them back and start earning reductions again.

Every time i said that we are so close to OTJ something happened from no where !!

We were closed many times and suddenly a high numbers come with no reason, maybe as you always said “ she is a cat”.

I will try 0.25 with little more carb meals and see what is going to happen.

My concern is the free feeding of YA along with her wet meals, because she starts to gain her weight again and she back to 5kg like she was before the diabetes.
( i give her small amount of wet food every 6 hours and free feeding of YA).

Maybe i should stop free feeding and see.
