Skooter loves to throw his momma curve balls condo (05/23)

You know, the longer he stays in healthy numbers before goin' OTj, the better the chance that a remission will stick. Just sayin'...................:D

My sane, logical side 100% totally gets this and completely understands this....however, that is not the side that is around right now lolol

So his one week will be around +3 on 05/26. At this point, would it be safe to maybe try the reduction to 0.10 if he does not throw me any additional numbers above 120?

Today is the zoo with my friend Judy....THE HAWAIIAN MONK SEALS HAVE ARRIVED!!! I am so beyond excited its stupid. LOL....This year my zoo membership is soooooooooooo getting a workout. I could go and sit and watch these lil guys all day long. These monk seals added to my already favorites, Moose, Wolverine, Penguins, Snow Monkeys....OMG, way too much fun!

Skooter is doing very, very well. I could really get used to him being snuggled up next to some part of me when I go to bed and be there when I wake up. It has been a long, long while since he has slept with me all night. I would question if he is staying there all night, but he is pretty much in the same position in the morning as he is at night :)

Skooter sounds like he is feeling sooo good! Patience pants is my opinion. Better a little longer on insulin than a failed OTJ trial. Try not to look too far ahead and let things fall where they may. I know, easier said than done! In the meantime, :):D:)

Ditto to what Elise said. A little patience now sure beats a lot of disappointment later. And he's doing so freakin' well.

Have a great day "At the Zoo"......hmm, gotta dig out some Simon and Garfunkle.

Marilyn and Polly

Sounds like a fun day after a sweet, cuddly night. I adore it when Sasha cuddles up against me at night. Until she puts all three feet against me and pushes, trying to get more bed for herself and possibly push the bean over the edge of the bed!:p It's amazing how strong she is!

Skooterbear, you are looking mahvelous. Simply mahvelous. Let's just keep this up a while and make Mama delirious, shall we? :D Happier than watching monk seals, even!

GAH! I sure hope he decides to do a lil slide down by PMPS.....:banghead::mad::confused::nailbiting:

The Monk Seals were very disappointing. They spent most of the time showing videos on conservation, only two of the five came out and they had them out for like 3 minutes total. I am hoping once the opening weekend is done, they will be free to swim in the tank so we can see them there.....

They were awful cute, though :P

Ugha....so I am thinking I am gonna needs tons of advice on Tuesday night lolololol.....

That is still a couple of days away and while he has had a few numbers outside of the 120, all would be 120 or lower within meter variance and he does seem to have an MO of dropping down into a decent green when he is at the 121 or above mark....I want him to have the best chance of remission, IF that is where he is headed, but I am just unsure.....like I said, a few days away, so I guess I will just have to wait until then...oh goodie....more patience needed :banghead::mad::confused:

You are giving him a small snack at +8/+9? If so, then I'd stop those +9.5 tests! That might be just the fuds influence in there.

Here ya go!
