I'm going to give the reduction from S1.5 to a S1.25 (it will probably be 1.25) on Sun. am. I hope he holds it.

You don't "lose" reductions but any reason why you would wait? You take the chance of him getting down into really low numbers between now and then. I'd encourage you to take the reduction tonight.
