I am just not understanding this bad trend in numbers The only change other than the attempt at 0.25U is that he is out of the foster room more now. He gets more exercise and attention that way so you'd think it would help.

That's a pretty significant drop in only 2 hours! Sly may be making a move into the deeper waters of the lagoon today!

It's possibly that he was having some New Dose Wonkiness for a few cycles when you increased. Hopefully he'll settle into some nice numbers on this dose

It's hard to believe but little Sly was on 2.5 units a month ago- he's come a long way! I hope he is not still vomiting or having diarrhea? Is he looking and feeling good? p.s. to my eyes, his numbers look great!

Yes, his diarrhea and vomiting has cleared up, though someone puked in the LR the last couple of days, I didn't find out from hubby who did it, thank for asking Ruth. He seems to be feeling good, maybe seems a little sleepy.

It is hard to believe that a month ago a BCD dose of 2U sent him into the high 200s. His numbers aren't bad. They are just out of pattern for him. (Tonight's drop into PMPS is back into his normal tricks!) If he was my cat, I'd be happy to see him regulating at a microdose. As a cat I need to send off to someone else, I don't like the creeping up into higher blues already. I don't have faith that the shelter or an adopter is going to do dosing less than 1U. 1U is too much for him, but he doesn't look ready to be off of insulin either.
