I see a few blanks in the units column these last few days. Could you put either FS (fur shot) or PFS (partial) or something like that. Skip or NS tell us it's deliberate. Without anything, I don't know if you just forgot the entry.

I don't see any empty dosage blocks, is that what you mean? I put red FS. For the furshots

That could be possible.. I know a lot gets lost in translation from a mobile to desktop platform. Theoretically, data loss like that should not happen, but I have ran into it a few time. For example, if I have applicants that have used their phone to complete the application their application shows up blank on our hiring page... It is really weird.
