day 10 in kit's switch to lantus/relion from prozinc/alphatrak2
day 2 at 4.25U

we switched to the short needle syringes because they have the half unit marks and we aren't as used to them yet.

there was a large drop of insulin left on the tip after shot, so maybe we need to press plunger really hard on this style of syringe? we left a note in the ss remarks about it. not sure if it bears noting in some way in the units column?

so far kit is enjoying this fine weather day bopping around the house "tracking her prey" doing her huntress-from-the-window routine.

It's always a good idea to hold the plunger in for a few seconds before you remove the syringe after you shoot to make sure all the insulin goes in. I think a note in the remarks section is enough. Glad Kit is feeling good.
