High again this morning; I think I should do another curve on Saturday, maybe he's going low, and bouncing up...
His ears still feel furnace hot as well, makes me think he's still running a fever, or maybe i'm just paranoid, he had another shot of Convenia on Monday.

Without any mid cycle tests, we can’t tell if his dose is too high and he’s bouncing, or too low. When you switched fro c/d to instinct rabbit, his insulin needs would have gone down cause the carbs are so much lower.

A test 2 hours after the nighttime shot is also really useful. Here's a post Wendy made recently, about getting a +2 test to estimate how the cycle is going to be.

I also feel safer when I do a nighttime shot. I feel better knowing that he's not too low when I go to sleep.

@Wendy&Neko I can try to do more evening tests; I did one last night to try and see if he was dipping down low and then bouncing up, but it didn't really seem to move at all. he got his shot at 6pm, i took another glucose at 830pm and it hadn't really budged much; maybe i'll set my alarm for another at midnight. i have to be up at 4am, but i can do it a couple time and see what happens.
