6/7 AMPS 110,+1.5 101,+4 74,+5.5 85,+10 86,PMPS 91,+2 51,+3 53,+4 54,+5.5 62,+10 81

OK...first I'm a terribly cat mama....I REALLY meant to get a test last night at about +6.5 or +7 since she'd been running so low and had only come up to 62 at +5.5, but I guess I fell asleep. I'm almost always up later so didn't even think to set my alarm. When I woke up at 4am I did check to see if maybe I'd tested her in my sleep, but there was no number on the meter after the 62 :banghead::oops::rolleyes:

That AMPS this morning and the fact she's spent the whole day on the beach really make me wonder where she went between +5.5 and +8

On the other hand, I was kind of happy to see the higher numbers since it was boob smash day and last time I had to cancel because of China...Guess she knew I meant it when I told her she'd better be a good kitty this time!

Even with the 137 this morning, I wasn't going to take any chances though so instead of giving her full dose, I shorted it.....so considering the unknown from last night and the light shot this morning, I can't complain at all about her numbers today! Could be a lot worse!

Regarding mama....made it to the mammogram and despite them saying they were probably going to have to put more pressure than during the screening one, it was actually more comfortable so I was happy about that. After two quick pictures they put me back in a waiting room to wait for the radiologist to read the results and decide if they needed to do the ultrasound or not :nailbiting::nailbiting: .....when she came back and said he wanted to do the U/S, my stress level went up about 1000%

Off we went and I got to see the areas they were concerned about as the lady was doing the U/S...when they "mark" the edges, it makes it look huge!!....More waiting for the radiologist to read the U/S :nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting:

The final word was he thinks it looks like cysts but I have to go back and repeat the 3D mammogram and U/S in 6 months.

WHEW!! I'm glad that's over for now!

OK now China...you are free to be mama's little pain in the butt for another week! (Grandmabean has an appointment next Wed with the sleep apnea doc)

Very good news Chris! Congrats!!!

Flat blue surfs are perfect for days like this. What a considerate kitty.

Good news on your recheck. :) Those rechecks do have to be the most stressful things to do. My last one I was in the waiting room forever for the final result. I finally went up to the desk and asked and they said "why are you still here?". Umm, because you haven't told me the results yet? They'd forgotten.

This is the good news dance! We are so happy that it appears to be nothing concerning. I'm sure you're breathing a lot easier, too!

China, you did an excellent job today following Mama's instructions about staying safe. Unfortunately, Harvey didn't want to leave you on the beach alone, so he's been right there with you all day, except for a quick toe dipping to holler out to Leda. What do you say about the two of you having another tandem swinging practice tonight?

Glad to hear the good news, Chris! And good of Deputy China to spend the day on the beach (with the LagoonMeister and Deputy Harvey, watching from the lifeguard stand).

Have a good, relaxing evening,

Ella & Rusty

I guess Miss China REALLY missed the lagoon today.....she made a mad dash for the water and is still on the way out to the deep water!!

Slow it down there sister....Deputy Harvey and LagoonMeister Rusty may not be able to throw the rope out that far!!

Glad the test results were good. Did the same thing recently. Round object/square hole. Not pleasant. Hope China slows down and lets you get some sleep.

Thanks for the holler--I expect Leda will be on the beach tomorrow, leaving Harvey and China free to take that dip in the lagoon.

YAY! So glad your results came back so well- and at the same am extra glad that they checked it out with the US.. Better safe than sorry:) And beautiful day for China!

What a considerate cat you are, China! Surfing a bit higher while your Mamabean is out and then right back in the lagoon afterwards.
