Morning all,
So yet another pink AMPS, and this sense of mediocrity overcomes me. He did absolutely nothing with his insulin yesterday, and I'm confused as to why. The most logical answer is the 3.25u dose might be losing its effectiveness. If it's a bounce, it's lasting a ridiculous amount of time. I guess all I can hope for today is that he finally shows me something other than pink and yellow.

Yesterday was a lot of fun. Today I think we might go check out the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, which my little cousin (who's only 14) has never heard of. I'll have to plan ahead and try not to get any more sunburnt, haha.

In other fun and exciting news, I found out this morning that I am now a Great Aunt for the first time!! Or is it supposed to be Grand Aunt? Who knows?!

While I can't completely complain since we were out most of the afternoon for the AirSho, Lou had another day of nothing doing. I guess he got down to yellows, so that's exciting. We have now had 4 cycles of no greens. There was one blue, but it's possible that one was a fluke. I'm thinking if there is no action tonight, it's time to up him back to 3.5u. Do I have to wait 6 cycles before increasing since he's been on this dose for a while? Or can I do a dosecrease tomorrow PM if nothing changes? I'm sure you told me before @Wendy&Neko, but I can't remember.

Ask yourself the question, where do you want his nadirs to be? They seem to be in the 79's at the mo, when he seems green, that gives only a little bit of room for an increase. You could increase, but I would be ready for action.

You don't have to wait six cycles to increase, but rather however long it takes Lou to clear bounces. You have the answer to that, don't you?

Air show sounds fun. I am not American, and I have heard of the Blue Angels.

Amanda, tell him to put on his blue suit....and let's go...hollar at Luci when you're around and can test...so she'll go back again today...this would be a record-breaking day for her if she did (been there 3 days in a row)...oh I'm hoping she'll visit again today...hang in there! Hope the Blue Angels are fab!!
