It looks like Muffin's going lower at night, which could mean Muffin's going green in the wee hours. TiTi does this to me as well. I'd check every 2 hours, right now, and see how it goes.
 
With Muffin being a sanctuary animal, I realize that the testing isn't always when you would like to be able to test. But, with a dose increase, continue with the mid cycle test for nadir and it looks like she nadirs anywhere from +4 -+6. Sometimes with a new dose they get New Dose Wonkiness (NDW) and will actually rise in numbers anywhere from the 2 -3 cycle of the new dose before coming down again.

If you can get any mid test in the PM cycle it could really help shed some light as to how low she is going at night.

Thanks for stopping by. It really isn't possible for us to test every 2 hours. TiTi is lovely.
