Jill's Alex got a boost from freeze dried chicken. Neko used to be able to sustain a surf with freeze dried meat. Others need higher carb. It also depends when in the cycle you are. Before nadir, when the insulin is building, will need higher carbs that after nadir. Track what you feed, amount as well as carb%, and when.What % food should I give to sustain the surf but avoid the lows?
