Yes, Tricia, I did make it to spin this morning and I hadn't been since Monday so it was really needed. That 168 at +2 helped. One good thing is while in class I'm concentrating on breathing and mph and watts Somali can forget about my worries for 50-60 minutes. I know how anxious you must be right now and I wish I could do something to help.
