Thanks ladies. I know I shouldn't complain too much because we truly got spared and some parts of the state got it really bad (and some islands even worse!). But its still an annoying holding pattern.
And to top it off, i MAY have to go to work today =/ we are all on standby. I told my boss i am too gross to work without a shower so i may have to go to her house to do so. She thinks we will stay closed... between our two branches, we don't have enough staff to open!

Finally found a flashlight to buy! Got stung by a wasp! Its hot because I have no power! The line at McDonald's is like 30 minutes long! *insert a bunch of upside down smilies* (only one of those is a good thing LOL)
i am meeting some coworkers at my branch around 2 for a damage assessment. Obviously we aren't opening today.
On my way way, I guess I'll hunt down ice. I have a cooler we can put ice and some of our more precious refrigerator items.

We have power!!!!! I was standing in line for ice for an hour in the sun waiting for this weird machine to make ice... it would pump out 2 bags and then take 5 minutes to make more. Ughhh. I kept calling my grandma's cell to try and see if we have power... she finally answered. We had power! I was next in line to get ice LOL. Everyone else was jealous

Awesome on the power! Nice sunny start Gordy. No crazy stuff tonight. Momma has power and she can test at will.

Now i wish I had grabbed a +9 test... I am not sure what's happening here.... could be bouncing but I am trying to piece together how TFS went... maybe I did a FS? These BDs needles are shorter than my Monojects =/
