I have no idea what he is doing. It is funny as you would think I would be happy with these numbers but I am kind of scared what this could mean for him. The whole SCL thing is just kind of making me worried in the back of my mind. I could just be borrowing trouble here as the vet is pretty sure that isn't it but...:(. Without a biopsy we will not know. He has another check in October, I guess once we are there we can talk. He is slowly losing weight, if it wasn't for his bright eyes and activity.

With today's numbers I skinnied up his dose .10 less a big drop. DH is home to monitor.

He had a bout of diarrhea yesterday from licking the chicken drippings from the roaster. There was no further bouts last night. So hopefully today he gets back to normal. If he would just stop searching for food in all the wrong places!

Vines for all in need today.

Looking good Jonesy. :D No worrying your mommabean please.

As for SCL, my experience, and I wish I had less of it, is that it doesn't lower the BG like masses do. You can diagnose with an endoscopy or colonoscopy, if the thickening is in the right part of the bowels. That's somewhat less invasive, but still requires anesthesia.

That is good to know. I just hate when these dark thoughts invade the mind. I guess I should look at the cat...he cuddles, he eats (which has been less but look at these numbers!) but still within calorie requirements, he is bright eyed, he is active - jumping etc, he is still a pr*ck of a cat - him just very skinny.

Sending you hugs :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: and vines
