Was a long night last night China!! Was very nice of you to let your mama get some BTB time this morning though!

I'm really glad that I've had absolutely nothing I had to do today, noplace I had to go and nobody that needed my attention, so I've just taken the entire day to do nothing!! The clothes didn't get washed, the dishes didn't get dried and the carpet didn't get vacuumed...and I don't care either!!

Some days you just have to relax and take some time for yourself. I actually read a book!!!

Did finally nail down 4 days and 3 nights in Branson for DM and I in December, so from the 10th-14th, DM, China and I will be getting out of town and doing something different for a change (well, not so different...we went last year, but DM really enjoys it and it's gets her out of town for a few days without stressing out too much). She would like to go to Colorado because she was born there and wants to see the mountains again, but I'm just not sure with her heart failure if she could handle the altitude....we're also talking the difference between $1000 and $3000. She just plain doesn't have that much money left to her name!

Now we just have to decide what shows to go to!!

OK China...let's have a nice evening...it's been a beautiful day so let's not do anything crazy, OK? Mama loves you!!
 
Nice of China to let you have a rest day today. Sometimes it's good to not do anything. I hope she shows you some high green tonight.
 
In my second grade, we are holding writing conferences to revise our descriptive paragraphs. As you remember, they are describing China. My favorite concluding sentence so far: "I love China!"

Thanks for confirming the "new trend" in pet friendly hotels. The other good one I'm seeing is pet friendly, but animals never to be left without supervision. :rolleyes: Nothing like being tied to a room 24 hours a day.
 
The "pet friendly" hotels I've seen really mean "dog friendly". When you tell them you have a cat, they look at you like you're nuts!

Good to see China taking her duties so seriously - pulling the graveyard shift! Sorry Cinco's not even near enough to man the bbq. Okay, China. You've had your fun. Time to dock the surfboard and relax on the beach for the night.

I sure wish I could take a day and read a book! I haven't even been able to read an entire newspaper in ages - I've got a month's worth stacked on my table, awaiting my attention. :rolleyes:
 
Good work today Chris, so nice to get a book break, seems like it's lucky you saved your energy though :D
