Jones Vacation Dose

It has been a week since I have left and Jonesy BG has sky rocketed. CS increased dose but numbers getting worse. Is this normal? Knew he would run high but not that high.

I am not sure why the dose was increased. He got down to 59 on the 12th, then bounced. You don't increase because of highs due to bounces. According to SLGS you would have reduced the dose at that 59, not increased. Too high a dose can also cause high numbers.
 
She noticed the higher numbers CS increased on her own just sent me an email. My question is what to do now? She has indicated he is bright and eating. But these numbers are not getting better. And i can't get any mid cycle tests except the two times a day until DS is off on Thursday. Past is past but banging my head right now.
 
I'm wondering if the higher numbers are anticipation of a stranger coming to the house to give the shot (white coat syndrome). Just a thought.

She has indicated that he has stopped eating for a few days but has returned to more normal eating. Cat sitter thinks things will calm down once he is used to me being gone. All the cats are off their food.
