Bobbie, thank you. It's OUR...meaning everyone here...hard work has made this magic, not just my efforts or Sootie's guidance alone. We'd likely be in a far different outlook and state of being if not for you and everyone here.

Sina.. dont know about a winter olympics event BUT there are waterfalls only a few hours from me ... Johnston Canyon in Banff Alberta... that when they freeze solid in the winter people actually go and climb.... i have hiked them in the winter and seen them frozen but never climbed them.

Dear Gussie, Jett, Lola (right?) and Mama Bean Les,
I do hope you all are feeling well enough to come to the party. It wouldn't be a party without you.

Gus: Did my bean mention that I found the castanets in case you'd like to dance a light fandango at the falls!
I mentioned to Bubbs that I was bringing a dance card ('cuz that's what mom said her grandfather said that's what young ladies should do when going to a dance...I think it's kinda old fashioned.,,but we gotta humor our beans sometimes, yes?). I'm saving up my energy to dance!!!!

Also I would like you ask your bean a question (my bean's kinda distracted at the moment).
Dear Bean Les, I heard all about your cookie making and....the Swedish chocolate balls. Guess what? In Danish they're called, get this : "Havregrynskugler" try saying that as if you've got a hot potato in your throat. It's worse than saying "rød grød med fløde" three times without taking a breath!

Anyway, Sina said this unpronounceable treat is lots of messy fun to make...would it be ok with you if it's the dessert surprise Chef Rusty asked me to bring? We could all join in, messy paws and all, and make them (probably more fun after a few niptinis). I wanted to ask your permission first because you are the inspiration!

The climbing up might be lots of fun but the climbing back down might be interesting. Any Norwegian Forest Cats in the house??

I don't know what she decided to wear. I'll either have to hear about it from you all or wait up til dawn! Azalea flew out the door bc she lost track of time snuggling with DH (another affinity they have with each other ;)).

Sootie decided to be in one with nature: a garland of greens and berries. Ever so practical, I think felt would be less to worry about while dancing! Azalea, on the other hand was going GaGa. Like a teeny bopper trying to find right outfit for first date!
here are some pics of a few of the other outfits she was drooling about.

Let me know! Who knows maybe she decided to turn a feather wand into a boa, vampy gal she's turning out to be!

Btw here is a little picture of Sootie when she was a really teeeny weeeny young kitten. Hard to believe that was 16, nearing 17 years ago.
