I think she needs that increase to 0.75 units. You tried it before, and she didn't go below 50 so not entirely sure why you reduced back to 0.5 units and stayed there. She's had plenty of time to get over the bounce. Now it just looks like not enough insulin. The second time back, you do have to be a bit more aggressive.
 
This is her third time on the juice, first diagnosis in '06.

I'm posting the thread from the 4th to explain the reasoning behind the dose increase, and the drop back to .5. It may very well be that she has a longer bounce than other cats, as a 1 time .25 dose increase would not have put her into the greens. I think the general consensus was to hold the .5 until we are absolutely sure she isn't still in bounce, get more data, and figure out a better dose from there.

I did go back and look at that post previously. She broke her on the 7th cycle after the green on 9/30. It's now been 8 cycles since the last green and still no joy. Time to increase.
 
I agree with Wendy, she's not showing any signs of coming back down, and has had plenty of time to clear the bounce.
