She started the day in yellow and her BG has been quite high this morning. She is on her 8th cycle on 0.25U. Should I increase the dose tonight? Thank you

Normally, we hold doses getting green nadirs for 10 cycles. Let's see how she does rest of today and tonight on this dose and whether those nadirs are drifting up.

Her PM +5 is lower than her AM +5, but not as low as last night and the night before. What dosage should I give her?

I think you can go back up to 0.5U from 12/16. The last reduction was not earned and she has had enough time to clear any bounce from that lime on 12/11.
