So as mentioned below, he's seemed nauseated. Yesterday he had about 7 oz of food (he normally gets 9) and today he's had maybe 1.2 oz total. He should be at about 4.5 oz by now, but he's just not really interested.
A little while ago while sleeping on my desk in front of me, I noticed he was limp and sort of sliding down between me and the desk. I tried to wake him but he was entirely floppy. I lifted his head, called him, patted him, shook him a little, nothing. His eyes were partially open with the third lid out and moving like he was dreaming, but he was otherwise completely limp and unresponsive. I took a very short video as I tried to wake him in case I might need to show someone later. Right as I was panicked enough to call my partner at work, he suddenly sat up, meowed once, and went to his food to finally take a couple of bites. ETA: It looked a lot like this video (not mine) but worse.
After that I got more worried about his not eating so I tried to give him some Mirataz. He was very unhappy with this, but hopefully I got most of the dose onto his ear before he ran away. (Which is really not great, because he was just finally becoming a little more trusting of me after days and now he's hiding.) I don't know how long that'll take to kick in.
It's odd that this is happening so suddenly, now that his numbers are pretty good. He's not hypo; he's been in the 130-150 range for most of the day.
Has anyone seen anything like this before? Is there something else I should be doing? Should I be worried?
It's possible he's slept this deeply before, but I was never able to see him up close at the time. When he was a bit younger he used to sleep at the top of one of those floor-to-ceiling posts, and he'd occasionally go limp and fall off. He'd wake up and walk around like everything was fine after, and I don't know if that's the same thing, but it's the closest I've got.

Original Post: Yayyyyy for a blue PS!!! He seems to have cleared this bounce a lot quicker than usual - was back down in the blues by +7 last night and has been hanging out there.
Really hoping this is where we finally start gaining some regulation.
Downside is he seems very nauseated. I'm not sure if this is his getting used to blues again or if it's his food or maybe both. (I've noticed anecdotally that sometimes he vomits on the days he has FFCP Beef, and I've been keeping an eye on it and am starting to think that that flavor's not a good choice for him.) He didn't eat his early morning snack with his Gabapentin in it and I wasn't sure I'd be able to shoot, but he did thankfully eat some of his PS meal and will hopefully go back for more.
Hope everyone has an uneventful, safe Monday.
