I would only increase when you can monitor closely. She's seen under 50 three times on this dose already this year.

I increased her dose to 0.75U this morning. But it seems the 0.75U works pretty much the same as the 0.5U. It's so strange.

You're right. I think the depot kicked in and we got some greens tonight.

I realized that I made a mistake. I forgot to fill in her PM +5 on Jan 23. She went down to 47 on 0.5U at +5 that night. I completely forgot about that. So she could have been bouncing from that? Should I change her dose back to 0.5U for her next shot?

Yes, she could have been bouncing to cause the higher numbers. It might not have been the depot kicking in but rather the bounce breaking last night. I would change her dose back. I wouldn't want to stay on a dose taking her below 50 when you cannot monitor closely. The night of the 23rd, I would have monitored until she was over 50 and staying there.
