AMPS 222 stuck with 3u since I felt this was due to less eating rather than insulin response. Didn't seem like it would be productive to increase.

She is just not great. She IS eating, just in very little bits. She would go from her dish to Sugar's and back to hers. I do not know if this is a teeth issue but it well could be. She also feels crappy from itching, I believe. There is a little crusty spot by one of her ears. Her throat area always itches, though there don't seem to be any bumps there. Her acne is currently ok. I haven't even used the hibiclens yet because the acne by her mouth did go away with the epsom salts compresses. I did another epsom salt compress on her throat and on that area by her ear last night. Honestly, I don't quite know what to do. I guess I'll make a vet appointment, but it seems almost moot. She has allergies. Yes, we know that. She can't have steroids. I guess I could try a food trial with x/d or some other and just deal with any carb effects. I just don't know that I believe this is a food allergy. She has inhalent allergies and no doubt and gets the runny eyes and nose every once in a while. I usually note flare ups on her SS. I try to keep things dusted and vacuumed as much as possible but with carpeting it is nearly impossible to keep it all in check. We run an air filter. Chlorophenerimine does next to nothing. I can ask again about trying zyrtec, but every time I have brought it up, there just is no real response and I can't blame them as there is little info on it. Another thing is even SUgar is more itchy than she used to be in the throat area and ears. I could swap out their litter to somehting like WBCL or Swheat Scoop, though *I* don't like it and they didn't much like the trial, but there is no doubt that the dust in clay litter just can't be good and I thought Yesterdays news paper dust wouldn't be any better. I feel like I'm just so frustrated. I *know* she needs some tooth help, but I honestly think it will kill her. I guess I am just venting. I wish they could freaking TALK.
