Yesterday's post

Our little Chardonnay finally succumbed to the end-stage of Marek's disease She fell into what appeared to be a coma this morning, and passed peacefully in the sunshine a few hours later. We'll give her a proper burial when hubby gets home from work

Ivana is still in the flat blues. I'd prefer flat greens, but still happy with flat blues. Will do a urine glucose test to see if she's over her renal threshold, probably do that tomorrow.

Thankyou for the kind thoughts everyone, even though we knew it was coming it's still not an easy thing when it happens. I have only just got home for the evening, and hubby says Ivana was being extra-affectionate tonight because it's the first night that Chardy hasn't been inside for a while and Ivana misses her. So sweet
