I think Rosie is trying to advocate she needs another reduction. I can monitor closely during the day, but I'm afraid of what kind of crazy things she will do overnight. Since we know she is a rule breaker, do you have any additional guidance for me?

Yes. Thank you for checking on us. She got a regular (LC) meal at +5, but when I saw the +6, I pulled out the HC. I expect a natural rise by +7, but will confirm and update SS.

I'd test at +6.5 to make sure the HC did the trick. You really don't want to mess around when you get a number in the 30's!!!!

Congrats on the reducie! Something must have turned on and Rosie doesn't need much insulin now.

Rosie sure is making that point. My only suggestion is to go with a 0.5 unit reduction, instead of the 0.25 that is usually done at this size of dose.
