Down from 2.5 U to 2.25 U this morning. So far, so good!!!!
All's good in Pollywood. We're still waiting for shoes to drop, but so far so good. And we just keep plugging along.
All enjoyed a btb this morning. Will went off to daycare; the girls settled in their respective napping spots, and the ol'lady crept off to work. Lost my voice sometime between sleep last night and awake today. Easy to convince my boss (who just got back from two weeks in Europe) that I was sick last week and still a little too wasted to put in my full day (which is a half day) yet.
But the joyful news. Other than Polly's incredibly dropping dose and great healing numbers.....
His name is Fuzzy. He's 15. He's a Persian mix of sorts. An owner surrender at the local vet when the owner could no longer afford his treatment, a returning growth on his tail required "burn offs" regularly. Best Friends took him, biopsied the growth. Found cancer. Planned to remove his tail and find him a home. Well, just discovered that he has spots in his lungs, too. So....he's coming to our house under the "quality of life" program. A hospice foster.
Sweet, sweet old man. Adorable in his recent lion cut. Quietly confident and curious. I am so excited to have him home...for however long he's got. Gotta get busy and get the office ready for his initial intro to our house. I think Polly's going to like him.
BBL to visit condos....
Vines and wishes.
Marilyn and Polly (who knows something's up; lots of grooming today...got to look her best for the new boy)
