Simon is still not eating much of anything. He did not eat any of his food overnight that I left for him and this morning, he only took a few bites of the food with gravy in it. I tried all kinds of other food but no luck. I syringe fed him this morning and also did fluids. He got his dose of Pepcid, ondansetron and his weekly B12 injection. I am really hoping the effects from the Onsior medication will be gone today and he will start eating. At this point, I am worrying that there might be something else happening with him. I am calling the vet today to discuss although now I am just worried about everything the vet says since he convinced me to try the Onsior in the first place knowing that Simon has tummy issues. Of course, he has always been an excellent vet that has listened to me so I shouldn't make any hasty decisions.

Please keep Simon in your thoughts today and send tons of healing eating vines. Thanks! I have to work today but will come home at lunch to syringe feed some more food if he hasn't eaten.

(((( Georgia))))
Sending healing vines that your get a hungry Simon today and lots of great numbers! :bighug:

More prayers....I'm sure it can take a few days to bounce back from an upset tummy. Hopefully the vetty will work with you - it sounds like you've had a good relationship in the past. We'll be watching for updates ...

Sending prayers and healing vibes your way.

I totally understand what your going through. I have lots of problems with Gus not eating. Baby food, pumpkin puree, FortiFlora and feeding with baby spoon sometimes works for us. Also chicken liver will work some days and some days he just want eat much.

Simon please get hungry.

Morning Georgia :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Healing and feel better vines for Simon. I too hope that the effects of the med will be gone today. Eat up Simon! I too hope that the vet will work with yoyu, sounds like maybe he will.

Hugs, and I hope our day goes well.

The vet says the med is definitely out of his system right now. He thinks the upset tummy from the med may have jumpstarted his issues with pancreatitis again. Not sure, but there definitely maybe something else going on. Simon will be having an ultrasound done tomorrow to see if we can find out what is happening with him. I am very depressed today. I had to syringe feed him at lunch but he did eat a little gravy food this evening. Probably about 1/2 of a small can of food. He just doesn't look right. I know all of you know what I mean when I say that. He looks very old and has a pinched face -- usually means he is in pain. I am giving bupe along with his other meds.

Georgia, We are so sorry that Simon isn't feeling well. Rusty is not food- motivated, so I have some idea of what you are going through. I hope that the med was the culprit and that now Simon can get back to eating better and feeling better. We'll be thinking of you tomorrow and sending lots of prayers and healing vines to your boy.

Hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Simon is really not well tonight. He just had a major diarrhea attack on the rug. I don't know how to help him and I am very worried. I have a call in to an animal communicator to see if that may help me figure out how to help him. I want my sweet snuggle bug back.

{{{Georgia}}}

I know how upsetting this is. Do you have some Forti Flora to give him for the diarrhea? Have you tried Slippery Elm Bark for his tummy issues? I didn't think it would help, but I've see an improvement in both my girls since I started the SEB.

Sending appy, good poo and good vetty vines, as well as prayers and lots of :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I wonder if the diarrhea was from the gravy food that he's not used to.
Sending tons of prayers for today's ultra sound.
