I just got back from Mariko's place with Anne and Liz, where I got to meet Cashmere, although Liz got most of the attention. Seems she's a cat whisperer for sure! Mariko gave us each some hand made cat toys, and Neko has already batted one of them around. :cool: The beans had a great visit together - where else can you talk so much our kitties and diabetes with people who really get it.

Neko was a good girl today - Anne gave her a bit of catnip and got fingers licked for her efforts. :) Neko mostly hung around while they were here, from the kitchen to the solarium. Theo stayed in the solarium for a little while, then slinked out to the back bedroom.:rolleyes: Then DH was in charge as we went to Mariko's. And it looks like Neko stayed in the safe part of the lagoon.
 
Nicely done, Neko! Nice numbers to impress your aunties but safe enough to let your mama play today. :D :cool: We had a BLAST, hanging with the Van contingent of L&LL. :) :) :) All kitties were very brave, having their space invaded by strangers. We are ready for another visit.

Sooo jealous of your get-together, but I'm glad you were able to do it. How lovely to get to chat, face to face, with fellow FDMBers! We really are a family, aren't we?

Neko, you were a good girl today while Mama was otherwise occupied. Your presence is requested at the lagoon again tomorrow.
