We didn't see green for 8 cycles and even saw one yellow so we increased by .5 on AM 5/28 to 6.25u, looks like he's liking this dose for now. At +4 I was even thinking he might be done with it but looks like he's got on his surfboard instead. He was in big trouble earlier today when mum came round the corner and found his face planted in the cake she had made for the kids at church tomorrow - luckily he didn't get more than a crumb, mum can still move pretty fast when she has to!
I took Vyktor to the vet to see if he could get a look in his mouth to see how it's going. Vyktor was in fine form. There was a new receptionist on who took one look at my screeching bundle of fur and said - I guess we don't try to weigh him. We need to I said, it will be fine just put the scales on top of the bench and stand back. It was hilarious she leaped back once the scales were on the bench then realised she hadn't turned them on, I wouldn't have thought such a short lady could stretch so far but she wasn't moving her body any closer than she had to to turn them on! After he got weighed (holding steady) she yelled over Vyktor's screeching to the vet nurse to 'get that cat into a room'. That vet nurse had met Vyktor before (he's a bit famous down there) and thought she would try her hand at sucking up to him. We got into the room and she leaned in to coo at him, Vyktor tried to launch and took a swipe at her, she ran out of the room screaming - but I could hear her laughing at herself as she raced down the corridor. His vet says that he gets much kudos for seeing Vyktor, apparently they all think he is very brave - which he is, especially considering he's missing a finger as a result of a cat bite! I'll save the results of his visit until tomorrow since I've already written half a book!
Vyktor got a little payback on Meg on her run this morning. She was so busy munching out on the mulberry leaves that she didn't notice Vyktor coming along until he was right behind her. She mustn't have realised it was him so took off at a hundred miles an hour. Made me laugh!
@MollynSkooter Yes purrdydolly and vkytors mum are both me. My original plan was that mum would end up posting for herself but that hasn't happened so now I'm a multiple personality!
