Confused on when to increase. Everything seems to be geared towards nadir when increasing. What if they hit blue or lower at other times; does that start over the counting of cycles to increase? Or do you increase if nadir is above 200? Thanks.

The nadir is the lowest number of the cycle, no matter what point it occurs in the cycle. Neko on Lantus would nadir anywhere form +3.5 to +13. I have seen some nadir at +2. ECID. Each cat, and each cycle is different. Keep asking yourself the question "how low does can dose take my cat". That's what is important.

The lowest Muffin is getting on this dose is mid blues. I think you could increase to 2.25 units tomorrow, unless you see green tonight. Sometimes cats have to go up and down in dose a bit. That's normal.
