If Jimmy stays flat & high on this reduced dose, I don't think you really have to wait 6 cycles to increase. But I am not a pro, nor have the patience than most

Exactly what I was thinking! Will see how things go up to 4 cycles.

Will evaluate at cycle 4. I managed to get an hour in before having to open the laptop. Not sure how I made it through the day without a nap. I think Irma has me on edg and have been getting sucked in to Irma watch. I have family everywhere in Florida.
